Anxiety can be caused by a combination of genetic, environmental, and psychological factors. Common symptoms of anxiety include persistent worry, restlessness, and physical symptoms like increased heart rate, sweating, and muscle tension. Additionally, individuals may experience difficulty concentrating, irritability, and sleep disturbances.
